Our purpose of collecting your personal information is to enable us to perform our obligations as your lawyer and to provide you with the best legal service that we can offer.

Storage and Transmission of Personal Information
We are committed to protecting your personal information by taking measures prescribed by law as well as the latest technology tools. Anarna Law Firm holds responsibility to ensuring that data will not be lost, leaked, and disclosed to unauthorized persons.
Your personal information are kept in a secure records facility in our office.
For electronic data, they are stored in our official computers, devices and laptops, official email storage, as well as storage drives. We are equipped with firewall and anti-virus software, and security systems are kept updated. Access to these electronic data are limited to authorized personnel, and only to such extent necessary to perform our obligations.
Method of Use
Your personal information may be used as is or further processed solely for the purpose of performing our obligations and responsibilities as your lawyer.
Retention Period
Your personal information will be retained by us while it is still necessary for us to use such information to perform and deliver our legal services in accordance with our engagement agreement. Once your personal information is no longer necessary and its use and purpose have already been achieved, Anarna Law Firm will retain such information for an additional period of ten (10) years thereafter. After which, the data will be anonymized and utilized solely for statistical purposes and reference.
