General Counseling and Retainer Services

Land Registration and Real Estate
We conduct due diligence and review of land titles, as well as the preparation and drafting of real property documents such as deeds, extra-judicial settlements, special powers, affidavits and other documents in relation to the sale and purchase of real properties.
We handle and process various transactions with the Land Registration Authority such as the registration and issuance of land titles, annotation transactions, subdivision and consolidation transactions, and condominium transactions.
We provide legal representation in land registration cases such as expropriation proceedings, reconstitution of title, reconveyance, cancellation of title, to name a few.
Immigration Law
